It's important for customers to know that Monex provides great customer service.

I've been working with Patrick McGlaughlin and Christian Polito for the last several years. They are proactive in their communications and contact me when trades are favorable. I appreciate this very much and it has made me a steadfast customer.
Both are very responive.

Our experience with Monex has been 5…

Our experience with Monex has been 5 star. The team is attentive and responsive. As a small business, the rates seem good and much better than any bank for sure. All our trades are done quickly and confirmations sent asap. Very professional and friendly too which is nice to be treated nicely. Love working with them.

It’s fast , safe & trustworthy. Reliable Staffs
I can wire money to make payments to our
vendors internationally or global, I can wire
whenever needed & anyplace where I am.
Either in US or Overseas. Thanks for their services & thanks to their kind staff.

Condescending customer help.

Condescending customer help.

I had euros in the holding account. It's the first time I needed to use holding account funds plus add bank funds to pay an invoice. The method for doing that was not entirely clear. I've wired many times, but IMO the UI could be more explanatory for the average user like me. Reps need to understand that they do this everyday and are the experts - others might not be.

I don't suffer being talked down to like I'm an idiot, because I'm not. Furthermore, I certainly don't give business to places that do. I'm sure that internally I'll be blamed for being a troublesome customer. Don't care - you lost a long-time customer. There are places where I can get better rates anyway. Bye bye!

Pleasant, Knowledgeable people

Having the pleasant person who first answered the phone able to quickly pull up my account and redirect my call to my usual agent.
Familiarity with the agent. Exchanging pleasantries,
having the agent be able to tell me how the exchange rate has changed since my last transaction.

Absolutely Outstanding

I send out wires to various countries and sometimes I need help. Knowing that my problem will be resolved when I call on Sam McKenzie and his team and that I will get the needed help immediately is a comfort. Each and everyone of them are very knowledgeable, helpful and absolutely outstanding. It is a pleasure to use Monex because of the team.

Quick and easy Forex transactions!

I have dealt with many Forex companies in my 33 years in the international tour business, and Fung Global Retail & Technology is by far the easiest one I have had the pleasure of working with. Setup and use made easy

Even though I was concerned about moving to a service, everyone of your people along the way has been helpful and prompt with any answers as I am learning your system. Now we are saving on wire fees and getting a better exchange rate.

Very prompt response from Arlyn at Monex

Arlyn responded to my request very promptly and brought a change from the last transaction to my attention re the receiving bank name. I had not noticed this and very happy she picked it up!

Wire money

I called several team members extensions and no one was available. I wanted to wire money out of the country. I waited an hour and called again, this time did not use an extension. The person who answered was able to take care of me, find the information to wire the money to and it went very smoothly.
